Founded in 1987, the New Jersey Higher Education (NJHE) Consortium has grown from an original group of 16 colleges into a network involving over 40 colleges and universities. The Center for Addiction Studies serves as the host institution for the NJHE Consortium, administering statewide prevention projects to address collegiate alcohol, tobacco, party durg and heroin problems.
